Octavian Joseph Kidima

Octavian Joseph Kidima is a highly experienced mining executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of expertise in gold mining, processing, and mining finance across East and Central Africa. With a strong foundation developed at Barrick Gold’s Bulyanhulu operation, he combines technical mining knowledge with financial acumen and strategic leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully built and scaled mining ventures, led cross‑border operations, and established integrated business lines spanning gold production, processing, equipment distribution, and commodities trading.

As Founder and CEO of Pamoja Mining Company Limited, Mr. Kidima has driven the company’s transformation into a growing, multi‑asset gold mining business with operations in Geita and an expanding licence portfolio across Tanzania. Since acquiring majority control of the company in 2020, he has led key developments in underground mining, CIP processing, and exploration, while also spearheading regional initiatives in mining projects, drilling services, and gold trading. His leadership is defined by a clear vision to advance sustainable mining in Africa through innovation, strategic partnerships, and disciplined project execution.

Gregory Mabina

Chief Finance Officer

Gregory Mabina is a highly accomplished and multi-certified financial executive holding both CPA (T) and ACCA designations, bringing over a decade of extensive experience in corporate accounting, auditing, and tax consultancy. He possesses a proven track record of financial leadership within the Tanzanian mining sector, having previously served as a Cost Accountant for Bulyanhulu Gold Mine and an Accountant for African Barrick Gold, where he managed budgetary controls, mine-site cost reviews, and corporate financial reporting.

Beyond his deep extractive-industry expertise, Gregory has served as Partner at Tron & Colberg Professional Services, proving his ability to guide strategic organizational growth, implement rigorous internal controls, and manage complex financial portfolios. He offers Pamoja Mining Co Ltd the ideal blend of technical financial acumen, local regulatory mastery, and robust leadership necessary for the role of Chief Finance Officer.

Benjamin Anastaze Mpamo

Chief Operation officer

Benjamin Anastaze Mpamo is a highly experienced executive with over 30 years of leadership in banking, financial services, logistics, fintech, and industrial operations across East Africa. He brings a rare blend of strategic leadership and operational expertise, having successfully driven business growth, operational transformation, and cross‑border project execution throughout his distinguished career.

Benjamin began his career at the National Bank of Commerce (NBC), where he held senior roles in finance, foreign exchange, and credit management. He later built extensive experience in logistics and international trade, followed by key leadership roles including Director of Strategy at Selcom Group, where he contributed to innovation and expansion in the fintech space. Most recently, he has held senior positions in large‑scale industrial and infrastructure projects, including as Country Representative for Prime Cement Tanzania and Country Manager for Saudi INTERMAINT in Tanzania. At Pamoja Mining, he leads operational strategy, project execution, and organizational performance, leveraging his deep experience to drive efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth across the company’s mining operations.

Felix Eyimofe

Country Manager

Felix Eyimofe is a seasoned business executive, entrepreneur, and strategic consultant with extensive experience in African mineral trading, international market development, and cross‑border business operations. He brings a strong combination of commercial expertise, stakeholder management, and global business insight, with a proven ability to connect African resource opportunities to international markets and drive sustainable business growth.

Felix has built his career across multiple sectors, including natural resources, commodities trading, and organizational leadership, with recent focus on mineral sourcing, gold trading, and facilitating trade relationships between African producers and global buyers. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of King of Oils Nigeria and a former Director at Isra Gold Dealers Tanzania, he has led business development initiatives, established strategic partnerships, and supported international market expansion. At Pamoja Mining, he is responsible for driving country‑level operations, strengthening commercial partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence in regional and international markets through strategic leadership and execution.
