Pamoja Mining Company Limited (PMCL) is a Tanzanian‑owned gold mining and processing company operating in Nyarugusu Village, Geita Region, focused on the full value chain of mineral extraction, processing, and commercialization. The company undertakes underground mining activities alongside advanced ore processing operations, with a mandate that spans gold production, mineral trading, and value‑addition through modern processing technologies. Fully owned by Tanzanian investors, PMCL represents a locally driven mining enterprise committed to building sustainable and scalable gold production capacity.
PMCL is equipped with two Carbon‑in‑Pulp (CIP) processing plants with a combined capacity of 400 tonnes of ore per day, enabling efficient recovery and processing of gold from both its underground operations and surrounding mineral resources. Integrated with an established mining base and supported by ongoing development initiatives, the company is strategically positioned to expand production, optimize plant utilization, and leverage the significant gold potential within the Nyarugusu area and the broader Geita region

The Board comprises a Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer, and four non-executive directors, each bringing relevant industry knowledge and independent oversight. This structure ensures balanced decision-making, accountability, and strategic direction at the highest level.

Pamoja Mining’s primary objective is to maximize shareholder value through the sustainable development and efficient operation of its gold mining assets, with a clear focus on achieving annual gold production of up to 50,000 ounces in the medium term.
